Overview
TagSync links marketing traffic to completed BigCommerce orders by injecting a storefront script, storing UTM values, saving order-level attribution, and surfacing merchant analytics.
Challenge
Merchants and agencies needed order-level visibility into which campaigns, channels, and sources drove sales across storefronts without relying only on disconnected analytics tools.
Solution
Codetors built a Next.js and Prisma BigCommerce app with OAuth, storefront selection, script injection, UTM capture, order metafields, GA4 Measurement Protocol sync, dashboards, and settings management.
Outcomes
Connected campaign parameters to actual BigCommerce orders for clearer marketing attribution.
Supported multi-storefront tracking and dashboard views for recent orders, success rates, and GA4 status.
Provided public storefront endpoints and authenticated admin APIs for script control, reporting, and configuration.
