Overview
Moonline is a control plane for restaurant phone automation, connecting Twilio telephony, ElevenLabs conversational agents, Strapi-managed content, post-call analytics, CRM views, and Stripe billing.
Challenge
Restaurants needed reliable phone coverage without adding linear staffing, while still keeping reservations, complaints, ordering intent, customer history, and brand-specific instructions organized.
Solution
Codetors built a full-stack Remix platform with inbound and outbound call flows, ElevenLabs client-tool webhooks, SMS routing, multi-organization configuration, Strapi content management, and dashboard reporting.
Outcomes
